Bouncing's Terms & Conditions

Bouncing.bet (hereinafter referred to as "bouncing" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bouncing and its users.

• No one other than the registered account holder may use the account.
• A maintenance fee may apply to account balances that have been inactive for an extended period (6 months or more).

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bouncing:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000. These limits are subject to change from time to time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bouncing voids it due to a technical error on our end.

• Odds may change at any time. Winnings will be calculated based on the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was confirmed.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with bouncing's rules.
• Bouncing will not be held liable for any outcome changes resulting from delays in live betting.
• If multiple related bets on the same event are detected as attempts to guarantee profit, bouncing reserves the right to void them.

Bouncing is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment. If any odds or results contain an error, bouncing reserves the right to correct them and will notify affected users as early as possible.

Bouncing regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following conditions apply when using these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address using bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bouncing. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on bouncing.
• Using bouncing for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Uploading malicious software to bouncing's systems or networks, or carrying out any form of cyberattack.

Users involved in such activities may have their accounts closed and deposited funds forfeited, and legal action may also be taken where necessary. bouncing is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair gaming environment at all times.

Bouncing places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Data provided at registration is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bouncing strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party technical failures.
• Service may be unavailable during unplanned system maintenance or upgrades.
• Damage caused by issues with the user's own device or malware.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions — may result in service interruptions.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.

Bouncing will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect or consequential losses arising from your betting activity. Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the amount you deposited in relation to that event.

Any dispute or complaint regarding bouncing's services will be handled through the following process:

• As the first step, the user must contact bouncing customer support and provide a detailed description of the dispute.
• Bouncing will aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Complex disputes may take 7–14 business days to fully investigate and resolve.
• Bouncing's decisions are considered final and binding unless overruled by a legal authority.
• The relevant account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Our goal is always to ensure user satisfaction and provide fair outcomes.

Bouncing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• When evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Registering with a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• When an account investigation is required by order of a legal authority.
• When a user submits a self-exclusion or account closure request.

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded. Once an account is closed, please contact bouncing before opening a new account under the same name.

Bouncing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated terms will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change.
